Isles of Glencoe Hotel
Our three-star, lakeside hotel offers comfortable bedrooms, leisure facilities with indoor swimming pool and above all, majestic views of the mountains and Loch Leven. An ideal base from which to explore this beautiful part of the West Highlands.
We travel to the west coast, via the haunting beauty of Glencoe to Ballachulish, our base for three nights. Ballachulish lies on beautiful Loch Leven and our hotel is situated in a breathtaking lochside setting. On arrival we enjoy tea, cake and a welcome glass of fizz. Hotel Isles of Glencoe.
A scenic drive takes us to the capital of the Highlands and one of Scotland’s most popular west coast holiday towns, Oban. Panoramic views of the mountains, lakes and islands have captivated visitors over the ages and we enjoy a leisurely morning exploring this charming town. We return to our hotel for a light lunch before preparing for the New Year festivities. A four course Gala dinner, glass of wine and live band will all add to the enjoyment of a typical Scottish New Year.
A relaxing day awaits with perhaps a walk to the famous Ballachulish slate quarry or a gentle lakeside stroll. An afternoon tea is provided in the hotel followed by evening meal and entertainment.
