A wonderful holiday to the charming village of
Markelsheim in Franconia.
The hotel
owner, Mr Heimberger, ensures a warm
welcome and introduces us to the lovely area
with a guided walk of the village and a visit to
the local wine cellars (tasting included!).
We
tour the gentle scenery of Bavaria and
Baden Wurtemburg regions, visiting the
ever-popular Rothenburg ob der Tauber,
medieval Dinkelsbuhl, the enchanting town
of Schwabish Hall and the delightful city of
Wurzburg, situated on the River Main and
twinned with Dundee.
We travel directly from
Rotterdam to Markelsheim and return via P&O
Ferries in outside special cabins. |
